【Environmental Consideration】 By using a resin that contains over 40% cellulose fiber (CMF), which is a natural fiber, we are mindful of the environment and significantly reduce the amount of petroleum-derived resin materials, contributing to CO2 reduction. 【Heat Resistance】 While mixing natural materials tends to lower heat resistance, CMF has the property of increasing heat resistance (heat resistance up to 120°C). Therefore, it is suitable for both commercial and home use dishwashers. 【Safety】 In accordance with the Food Sanitation Act, we have passed material tests and soluble substance tests (test results available). ● The CMF hexagonal chopsticks in black are our original product. They are currently being trialed in family restaurants in the Kansai region and are scheduled to be used in major employee cafeterias.
